Prime52 Steakhouse
Located on the high floors of the Dubai Marriot Harbor, this Steakhouse caught our attention by opening its doors for a Saturday Brunch, from 1pm - 4:30pm. We are big fans of nice views and activities during the day, so early afternoon and morning brunches are our thing!
The brunch
I had been in the building before as when my husband and I were looking for a condo to live when we first moved to Dubai in 2024. The restaurant is located at the (wait for it) 52nd floor of the building, neighboring The Observatory - which my husband said it was one of the first bars he went to in Dubai (before the Burj Al Arab was built he said!), which has great views of the Marina and the Palm. They also had valet parking, which is always handy.
Prices are super reasonable and they also had Entertainer voucher (as of August 2025). AED 345 for soft beverages. AED 445 with house beverages, AED 545 with premium beverages and AED 765 for bubbles.
This brunch was my favorite type: when the plates are served to your table and you can repeat as many times as you want. I usually try to hold back on the bread and butter - but this one was so worth it! The cold entrees were great, surprisingly good in terms of protein options, with salad and shrimps/sea food, tuna tartare and carpaccios.

The mains
When you sit on your table, the waiter takes the order for your main. They had 2 options of steak and pasta. We obviously went for the steak: tenderloin and ribeye, both medium rare cooked perfectly.
The sides were the best matching for steaks as possible: perfect fries, salad, and roasted vegetables. They also had a great bearnaise sauce which paired really well with the fries :)

The restaurant had the ideal amount of guests: not too busy but just enough to create a nice ambiance. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitively come back with friends!
